Brösarp

Brösarp is a sound experiment and collaboration between Helena Persson och Dag Rosenqvist (Jaspar TX). The soundscapes are made of sound recordings from different parts of the world.

Helena urges from the musical angel and was early fascinated by sounds. As a result, she ended up with an amount of recordings, by above all, organic sounds. Helena works with sound in several ways; sound art, sound engineer and sound designer for film, with workshops and in music. The latest recordnings comes from Faroe Islands, Costa Rica and Paris.

Dag Rosenqvist has, during the last years, released a number of records by the alias Jasper TX. With piano, guitars, harmonica and shimes he has created his own musical universe in the fields of pop, drone and noise. He has cooperated with international artists such as Simon Scott (former Slowdive) and Rutger Zuydervelt (aka Machinefabriek) and has performed in Great Brittain, USA, Germany, Francs, Belgium, Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
